Tasting Notes:

The 2009 vintage is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe blackberries and cassis, with hints of mint. The palate is very clean and precise, with a medium body, rounded tannins and spot-on acidity.
