On the palate it is refreshing and delicate with a subtle mineral background, crisp acidity, spicy stonefruit and fleshy apple characters, alongside classical Riesling citrus characters of lemon and lime. It has a hauntingly beautiful lingering finish, clean and crisp, with tingling acidity, citrus and a clover honey top note. It is distinguished by an impeccable balance between sweetness and acidity.
