Named in the Sud de Frances Top 100 for the Languedoc-Rousillon, and one of only two Picpouls to make the list. Soft, delicate nose, hints of acacia and blossom. Fresh and textured on the palate with notes of clean limey fruit, a touch of salinity balanced with great freshness and structuring but ripe acidity.


Pair with: Oysters, shrimp, mussels, fish and ricotta, brie, feta, camembert, halloumi.
