Best’s Bin No. 0 has always been produced from our oldest vines, with fruit selected from the lower-yielding blocks of the historic Concongella Vineyard at Great Western. This vineyard is home to 19th- and 20th-century Shiraz plantings, which result in intensely flavoured fruit. We hand select, sort and ferment the fruit in small batches followed by intense barrel selection, and stored underground for 18 months.

Layered and complex- blackberry, exotic spices, pastille, dried flowers,
black pepper and dark cocoa. Medium bodied with plush, slippery dark cherry fruits and fine long
graphite tannins swirled with some tasty oak.
